This is truthfully really painful and tests the limits of forgiveness and acceptance. On one hand i can understand the anger of Kloff towards Aeroc in the og life but on the other i cannot justify the continuous torture towards someone that showed clear regret, and not only that. It was actually proven that he never gave an order for 'rape', it was done so against his orders. There's no justification for the further torture that no human deserves to go through towards him. After all these nightmarish events, the reader is called to accept Kloff as a 'new' person and not who he was in the previous life, which is frankly speaking hard, incredibly hard since the ugly part of him was made known to us. I find it hard to accept that Aeroc is still open to him, despite the trauma he went through because of him. But i can also understand that the main reason he's so accepting towards Kloff is because of the guilt that never really left him. He believes that what he went through was something he deserved, so he sees nothing wrong with it. Kloff may be 'new' but Aeroc isn't. He's still the same, unfairly tortured person of the previous life. Aeroc will only be 'new' on their last life, with Kloff being the person he was on their first life and getting forced to develop into a better person, giving him a chance to treat Aeroc right. I honestly believe it depends on the reader on whether they can accept this or not. There's no right point of view when it comes to this. Personally i find it hard to forgive.

Some weird red insects were taking over my plants, so me and my mom found a fluffy bee that was able to eat these insects. We adopted the bee and kept on feeding and taking care of it until it became massive. One day it transformed into a vicious hunting dog which made me feel wary of the creature but my mom kept on insisting that it's harmless and......

I find it significantly problematic if most Jinx readers are 14 lmao Also, you know what's truly annoying? People who constantly complain about the opinions of others.

He is still controlling her, because he's unable to let go. He's in too much denial. The moment he's about to understand the impact of his actions and his own freaking emotions, he goes back to zero again and again. He's traumatized but this once again doesn't give him a pass at dragging Annette to hell with him. How can a man so selfless towards his country be so selfish towards Annette? I still can't get over the part that he used to not see her as a human capable of hurt and love, but as a reflection of the idealized version his ego created. Yes, he's a complex character and while he deserves rest, he certainly doesn't deserve Annette. But i guess life isn't fair and a realistic depiction of it isn't going to be fair either. I love how in the novel, she never fully heals nor fully forgets and accepts what Heiner did to her and what she went through when the reality of the world came crushing down.

Ml doesn't become remorseful after learning the truth and even avoids her for bit because he can't handle the fact that she has a human woman form too. Then after a few panels she just forgives him like nothing happened, in fact she immediately acts loving from the moment she gets released. No remorse arc, absolutely nothing.

The aide (brown haired guy) will even treat her hurt wrists once the emperor imprisons her again, then he imprisons the aide too. And all that, simply gets forgotten. I hate the emperor, he's dumb, annoying and uninteresting.

Someone close to my age, either 2 years younger or older (or the same age)

I disliked fl at the start but now i love her, as for ml, i liked him at the start but now his behavior made me feel disgusted.
What does the "Do you even have a right to refuse?" even mean?!? Of course she has, it's her fucking body.

This is true. People seem to forget that anger IS an emotion and a lot of the crimes committed by men, are due to anger(statistically most crimes are committed by men).Men ARE more emotional and impulsive than women and this isn't only due to biology but due to the way society raises men. I have COUNTLESS of cases i could link where men have behave......

Yes, Garon killed mc's mother (based on the novel) and yes, second ml is innocent aside from his drunken behavior (he's still an angel in comparison to Garon). Accept it already and don't search for a justification just because you feel bad for liking a horrible character.

Garon IS a rapist, IS a murderer and IS racist. Mc is going to fall for the murderer of his mother. Oh and he killed mc's mother just because he was bored. Being bored made him feel like wiping out a whole tribe with different species since he considers them disgusting and bellow him. There wasn't a single meaning behind his actions, it was like changing a channel on tv for him.

That's who Garon is. There's no redemption for him so don't expect any. He's a sadistic sociopath. The story is dark and there's not going to be any 'groveling' the way people want it.

If you like him, go ahead, nobody's gonna judge you, it's fiction. But he is who he is, let's not be delulu.

Mincheol was always like this, he just didn't show it (and with this, I don't mean he hid it, it's a non conscious part of him) because he had something to gain from the way his past relationship went like, he was having fun. The problem with him isn't even that he got 'bored', but the way he treated mc over it. Do you think abusive people are always horrible? That they never had good sides? How do you think abusive relationships survive despite the abuse? By being constantly abusive? Definitely not. People like him get to show their true selves when they get 'comfortable'. They have a good side, they have hopes and dreams but at their core they're rotten.
I've been a victim to a narcissist and it only hits you after you become emotionally invested and it gets really hard to leave. You keep on having doubts like 'What if it's my fault? What if i give up now, i lose something that has the chance to be fixed?'. But trust me, these thoughts are only self destructive. People like him are only capable of loving themselves and you'll always come second. They fall in love with the 'idea' of love, not you. They fight for the sake of this idea, not you. They enjoy being 'wanted' and 'needed' and if you become irreplaceable to them, it's not because you are irreplaceable as an individual but as an obedient object that gives them a sense of self importance. If he cries from losing their relationship, he'll cry for himself, for losing what he always had. There's a thinner line which distincts selfishness and genuine love than people think. Non abusive people enjoy being needed as well BUT it's interconnected with the person they share their love with, something which makes them willing to AT LEAST feel remorse and unwillingness to treat the person they were with all these years THIS way(the way Mincheol did), even if they want to break up. They do NOT blame everything on one side and feel a basic level of compassion due to the attachment towards a 'human being' and not someone they view as an object. Either way, hope this makes sense because i tried to explain something too abstract.

Was he traumatized by the difficulties of life like mc? Yes. But, let me repeat my favorite verse:
trauma is not an excuse for perpetuating harm and suffering, nor a free forgiveness card for causing emotional or physical pain to others. Trauma may help explain why someone is primed to think, feel, behave, or react in certain manners or in certain contexts. But having experienced trauma is by no means a justification for harmful behavior and no amount of trauma exempts a traumatized person from being held accountable if and when they hurt others.

This is not his 'trauma' only, this is also 'him' because he's a selfish individual. He should be held accountable and pay the consequences.

Guys, this pos is gonna kill her best friend from the orphanage and guess what? Fl will go berserk. She is NOT your usual people-pleaser, back then in the orphanage, she found out that her friend was also getting abused by the principal, so she burned the pedophile alive. Yes, you read that right, she was the one who set the fire. She's the type of person that accepts any type of abuse directed at her, until you decide to hurt the people she values lol Dude is going to regret doing that, because she's smarter and can be more evil than him. You go girl!

A person with antisocial personality disorder 'attracted' to a vulnerable people-pleaser they can control. A tale as old as time. But i have a feeling that fl is more that she shows she is and this pos is going to regret his existence lmao
