they really be stretching this courtroom bit like a dragonball episode huh lmao

yeah lol
imo for this series it's best to wait around 15-20 stockpiled chapters for a neat conclusion, otherwise it cuts off at either a cliffhang or a particularly frustrating event. tbh it's nothing new and not just this author, it's a standard practice for pay-by-chapter series to get readers eager to purchase the next one. sales stagnate when (1) 2nd ML/asshole ex or fiancee exits the picture and (2) FL and ML get together, so artists tend to milk it around the divorce arc.
i respect the hustle, but by god is it a frustrating read

there's a very real risk of Gunwoo or og!ML being the next vessel and either way, this will likely compromise Gunwoo's relationship with FL. That's why they're setting up og!ML with all these "complicated feelings* when he sees ML and FL being in a happy relationship.
on one hand, nooooo oh my god please don't ruin dozens and dozens of character development for ML like this pls oh my god
but on the other HAHAHA YESSS YESSSSS GIVE ME THE DRAMA GIVE ME THE ANGST GIVE ME THE JEALOUSY

Enoch you have my attention. I wanna see this bit through.
Also hol up. I know I commented before that I wanna see a character who understands Hoyeol's struggles of having not synced well with his in-game avatar BUT MAYHAPS WE ARE GETTING IT? Her demon seems like something she can overcome without necessarily exorcising it to keep her demon/succubus abilities :O
Oooh I hope they both become characters who understand the struggles of the other, having, (from their POV) cringefail personas while exhausted af inside. From the flashbacks, it looks like Yiseol's real personality is more subdued and straight-laced.
put those ripped chapters down, that's not-
