Jkjk, it’s just cause ML works better for her plan, and she isn’t actually trying to find someone to fall in love with. She needed someone who would basically make a contract with her, so they can’t betray her(like the maid did). He hates the royal family just like her and he’s desperate for something she can provide him.(and even if the emperor tries to use him, he’ll reject it since he doesn’t like the emperor. The only reason would probably because he threatened that one stable boy he cares about, but the mc also has him protected.) he’s the most convenient and suitable person for her plans.

At least that’s what I think lol.

In my personal opinion, that prince guys is wayyyy too sus lol XD so I’m glad she didn’t think about it for too long lol

Ohhh that does make more sense, the third prince actually seemed like a nice guy considering how he wasn’t upset when the FL downright rejected him, they even became friends afterwards too. Not only that he said he would’ve helped her with her plan, and the FL even said she would’ve considered him if she wasn’t going to do her plan, so that’s why I just assumed he was good

I’m sure the third prince was jealous of the ML, which is why he treated him coldly lmao. And he’s better in terms of body build, his status, and his knowledge too, maybe I’m just a too trusting person which is why I thought he was a better choice lol

Yeah, I think because of the fact that he has a lot of things going for him and seemed like a nice guy was why the mc didn’t choose him. Same reason why she didn’t choose her knight again. She hasn’t become close with ML yet and anything that happens will probably be better than his current situation(he literally ends up dying) so he was the best choice in that aspect. She views the third prince as a friend, so doesn’t want to drag him into it, when he doesn’t really need to.(she thinks he won’t really get anything out of the marriage)


And it’s really only my opinion that the guy seemed sus. Like the fl may trust him, but I don’t lol XD the knight already seems like a second male lead, so I feel like the third prince is going to be a red herring second male lead and actually end up as a villain, almost yandere, character lol.

Also he didn’t make a fuss and I only feel like he was acting, so he can still be close with fl. Idk, I just feel like he’s too sus. Like, he’s level-headed and clever, which makes him even more suspicious. Compared to the idiot 2nd prince, he would be a lot harder to go up against. (Cause said idiot prince is an idiot. Meanwhile, a conniving and clever opponent is much worse)

Again, just my opinion and I haven’t read any spoilers so idk what will happen lol
