Well... No, and no.
No she isn't a teenager. The teenager that appears in chap 1 is not her. Is someone who appeared on TV while she was reading novels in her cel. She never appeared wearing uniform and went out late at night on a rainy day and no parent tried to stop her nor was mentioned... and by her imagining marriage with him amd not meeting him in the academy I'd bet on her being an adult instead. Probably in college since no work was mentioned too.
No again. From her waking up and him visiting she had a whole month. She had enough time to think about it. She could've even used the slight amnesiac card since her behavior obviously changed... honestly her forceful behavior would only make him even more disgusted with her... and now she wants to stalk him on his training... that would most certainly not make someone whom her body bullied like her... even if her mind was that of a 12yo she should've known better...
Also, about the pedo thing. She is after him in a romantic way. She found a 12yo voice attractive. And not in a pure or platonic way. I don't expect char development or plot development in those.... but at least some use of her brain. At least the bell ringing that this is her life now. Instead of worrying about her old and new life all she thought about and that worried her was that he dislikes her. It doesn't make many sense... she didn't even thought that as the Duke's only daughter it might be seen as bad she being that interested on a poor Count's son? It kinda feels she thinks she is dreaming or that that is a game instead of her life...It feels she doesn't value her new life and family... somehow... she comes through as dumb and obsessed... I do understand their relationship doesn't develop until they are older, and that's why I didn't drop this. But you can't convince me that scene was at least dubious. ... and her behavior is way too creepy. Seeing someone you know the mental age is 5+ years older acting like that towards a 12yo is very uncomfortable.
Honestly i hope he pushes her away after finding her stalking him and makes her back out and deal with her life instead. At least till they enter the academy or something...

A reader seeing it would find funny seeing him blushing and teasing a 10yo girl... but he probably wouldn't get the chance to get near them since his behavior would make him get sent to a doctor. Yeah... I know that one... but no romantic feelings exist between them. That one has... it's reasons... but the main point is knowing this mc obsession stems from romantic love... the hero mom, like the stepmother but my daughter is too cute have mc obsessed with kids, but their ml are adults.
I do get uncomfortable with grown women getting into a kids/teen body and falling for other kid... even more so if she "nannied" them at some point.
There's even one where a 40+yo woman get in the body of a teenager from a game her daughter played... and falls for one of the games ml... who is aroud her daughter's age. And yet there's mais in a TL novel... where the mc is in the body of a 14yo and d ml is the emperor... who's 19yo and not attracted to her currently. Then... theres his lil bro... who is around her age and likes her. And people ship them calling the emp pedo... when she got a nosebleed seeing him the 1st time (she was imagining him doing the deed since the novel was 19+) and rejected the lil bro saying she'd feel pedo cuz he is a kid...

I think there is also one where a girl reincarnated as a maid and she dates the kid she took care of. She dated the kid when he was older of course but idk she kinda watched him grow up so it’s a little weird for her to just start dating him even if he is a “legal” adult.

And another one is where the fl is a witch and she took in the ml who in the future will be a tyrant. Truthfully I don’t have much of a problem with that story since the fl didnt raise him and she shows no interest in him but other people don’t like it since they know the two will be together when he grows up.

I personally don’t have a problem with reincarnation stories where they reincarnate into a young body since they’re technically that person now because they won’t be able to go back to their bodies/world in certain stories. It really just depends on the character that reincarnated personality tbh. If they act creepy/annoying then it’s a no for me or if they’re into kids, forcing people to have intercouse, abusing, ect then obviously it’s a no.

And then there stories like these where they have obsessed creepy fans. I wouldn’t mind it to a certain extent. Like in this story it clear she doesn’t want to have sex or a romantic relationship when they’re kids. But in another story (forgot the name but ill send it when i find it.) that character was a stalker and an actual pedo in a kid body. That character makes this fl look like a saint. People literally can’t defend that character even if they wanted to.
