My interpretation was that she was in a haze because of her illness and that her responses were "muted" from her own perspective - like she didn't even hear herself speak.

From reading the raws well more likely scrolling, i got a feeling that it was the brown fat guy that got her pregnant. I think he manipulated her into thinking that if she carries his child they will like pretend that it's the duke's "child" but after the following chapter she was caught and she told astina that it was the fat guys doing. Idk what will astina do to her doe

The levels from lowest to highest are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple.
She is on the second level, but people awaken at 14 and usually spend a few years on the first level, so the fact that she is so young and an orange level is shocking for everyone.
