From reading the raws well more likely scrolling, i got a feeling that it was the brown fat guy that got her pregnant. I think he manipulated her into thinking that if she carries his child they will like pretend that it's the duke's "child" but after the following chapter she was caught and she told astina that it was the fat guys doing.
