This was one of the best intimacy scenes drawn in a longggg while. I hate stoic MLs especially during sex scenes but the way they have this man blushing down to his shoulders! Like it's so clear they're both equally into it and I think that, most of all, is what makes it such a great scene. But also just the anatomy and positions are drawn so well like the artist really did their thing with this one!!
I'm seeing a lot of "no progress" comments but honestly what we're seeing is the ML being backed more and more into a corner. It feels like hes being boxed in on all sides. Like his brother knows something is up, his mother knows something is up and is giving a deadline. Eventually the cat will be out the bag im just wondering will they be a couple before or after that reveal. I love how all the photography girls were accepting and supportive! They even side eyed him when they thought he may have been bringing some homophobic bs to the table. It felt so life like the way it was casually worked in to their convo. My girl group have had similar conversations of "oh did you see so and sos new bf? Talk about power couple". This was such a refreshing way to see casual acceptance of queer relationships. Usually with scenes like this it's a group of ppl discussing a gay relationship with one or 2 people on the fence/iffy about gay love and the rest educating them on it until it reaches this point of "acceptance" in the conversation or the homophobe gets thrown at the group/conversation (usually they're a jerk side character already). While I like these scenes there's something so comforting about the way the scene was handled in this story. It shows how queer love is normal, these girls didn't think it was odd or even something particularly special outside of it being a cute celebrity couple casually mentioned in passing over drinks.
This is so cute but the ominous ass aura that's always hanging in the background is killing me! First with the bad luck being an obvious side effect of the forced red string attachment and the MC having died (allegedly) from the bad luck in their past lives. THEN to add more stress MCs string momentarily attached to that girl! How am I supposed to deal with this!!! Let my boys be happy and freaked out!! Give my girl a baddie of her own she's too cute to be an obstacle for their love please!!! Another comment said it means she was MCs original string attachment and now I'm hoping she gets together with whoever was the other MLs original attachment whether it's a boy or girl.
