The devil felll in love with the human.Since the human was starting to get depressed and suicidal because he was noticing the differences between the demons' verion of boyfriend and the original boyfriend.He starting saying he should just die and he didn't care anymore.So before he could kill himself the demon took his soul so that he would have no choice but to live .Thaat way they could stay together.
The main mc demon to the vamipires soul because he was too possessive .Since he realised that since the vampire died and came back to llife the contract were the vampire could only drink his blood was broken.So the vampire didnt need him anymore and could drink anyones blood and leave him whenever he felt like it.So since he felt insecure and probably tthought the vampire wouldnt form that type of contract again willingly he descided to take his soul so the vampire had no choice but to stay with him.

FYI, these are just some rumors going around in twitter and NU.. no BL is certainty..maybe they are going with bromance like Guardian drama..
From BTS clips, fans deduced that some of LWJxWWX scenes are omitted instead Wen Qing got a lot of scenes..scenes that are obviously not written in the novel..don't ask for linking sources since i saw it months ago from NU spoiler page which contains 700pages now..but it's possible wq and jyl played big roles in the drama since they were on promotional posters a lot..even JC didn't featured that much.
Oot: The actress playing wq is really beautiful, and so does jiang cheng actor...i don't really like that wwx actor looks older than the guy playing LWJ lol, and he was actually a lot taller than lwj..
