So can anyone tell me the difference with recessive omegas.
I knew the differences of omegas and their characteristics, but when using recessive and dominant I got really confused. I understand the biology....
but.....I'm still confused. Someone explain to me please, or the chapter where they explain this ┗( T﹏T )┛
All I know is:
A recessive allele only shows if the individual has two copies of the recessive allele. You need two copies of the allele to have a certain trait. (Inheritance from both parents recessive allele)
recessive allele + recessive allele = recessive phenotype
And since in his case he was mistaken as an Alpha before might be because his dominant allele has masked his recessive allele or something?
Since to have a dominant trait you only need to have 1 copy of the allele.

The author subdivided the three genders (Alfa, Beta, and Omega) in two each. So you have dominant Alfas and recessive Alfas, and so on for the other two. If the person is dominant it means that their characteristics related to their gender (Alfa, Beta, and Omega) are stronger. A dominant Alfa is stronger, more handsome, more fertile, and has more pheromones than a recessive one. A dominant Omega is prettier, has more pheromones, and is more fertile than a recessive one. So a dominant in whatever gender has more value than a recessive. The basic structure of Alfas being the top of the societ and the Omegas being somehow isolated is kept in the story, though, the prejudice agaisnt Omegas seems to be lighter here. But, the prejudice against ressessives was added to the plot. The author changed a bit the basic concept of omegaverse. But they don't explain the biology of the genetic aspect so we don't know how it works.
