Why not make a police report and say that your computer was hacked and that the person who hacked it cornered you to blackmail you with illicit pictures and videos of you within your own home. Even if it’s a lie and even if you did stream, as long as you say you had no idea that you were being recorded, it’s a crime. Also threatening to release intimate photos and videos is revenge porn and that’s also a crime. Add stalking and harassment and blackmail to the mix and that’s at least 5 years jail time.

The way he explained what she did and why her friend got angry is genius. She did it entirely of good intentions but what she did was ruin something akin to her friends “baby” and then say “look mines better!” I will say though that her friend is also half at fault. Had she at any point in time said “look, I’m feeling really insecure about my writing and I just don’t think we should talk about writing or books or anything like that anymore.” Then none of this would have happened. She was stubborn and prideful and it ended up hurting both of them since both of them know Jiah lives her life on a whim and was bound to come up with a crazy idea like she always does. This isn’t to say jiah isn’t at fault. She is. I just think the friend should own up to her own half.

Like why are you still pissed n she's successful now but you can she still feels like she has a bit of control over jia and her writing, it almost feels like she's giving permission to jia to write again but she shouldn't have to have her permission to do so. Maxi has literally aided in battle before. Nothing on this scale but she came all this way with him. She also didn’t get much preferential treatment during the actual journey to the temple. She’s literally ready for this. Her friend may suffer but this will be a good learning experience for the two of them. Maxi is hurting herself in the monastery so she’s actually safer (from herself) at the battlefield where she can be useful and close to her husband. Also it might motivate the men a little more to wrap things up since two noblewomen are present.
