He literally never got a single second to properly grieve and every single time he tried, ML got upset saying “BUT THATS NOT ME!” completely overlooking that that’s precisely why he’s grieving to begin with. It’s like falling in love with one twin and that twin dying and the other twin saying “how about me?”. It’s not the same no matter how much they look alike and sound alike. They aren’t the same person. He lost his grandma and his lover to basically the same condition and he alone is trapped by memories and the inability to grieve since he still has to face them both every single time and have a smile on his face since it’s “not their fault they can’t remember”. Everyone forgot that it’s not his fault either. He didn’t cause the accident or the Alzheimer. I’m glad they are separating for now. None of this was fair on him and he needs more than anything to grieve properly for both his grandma and his lover and to fully accept that they are gone and won’t be coming back again. They may still have their corporal bodies but they aren’t here anymore.

Anyone who is hating on MC for acting this way should be ashamed for judging a barely adult for struggling with something not a single one of us would have handle poorly let alone well. A lot of us wouldn’t have been able to survive this situation let alone somehow get through day by day. Give the kid some grace and cut him some slack.

What’s the point in raising prices if none of your customers can afford it? Then no one will use your product. The point of lowering prices is so that more people will use it and since it’s a repeat-use product then youll get more repeat customers and that gives you not only profit but stability and security. Immediate greed is like the story of Icarus and long term greed is like Sisyphus. Neither are good. You need both. Market samples and once people know of your product, you can start rolling it out en-mass and once people use it regularly and spread it through word of mouth, you have your short term profit and your long term profit set in stone. I’m not even in sales or marketing and yet I can see exactly what those execs can’t. Also this is set in Korea? Korea is like the number 1 place that does this. All beauty therapy machines in Korea are expensive pieces of equipment and in the western world, we charge an arm, leg and kidney for one single use of it but in Korea and China, it’s dirt cheap but in return, everyone in those countries use it regularly and even tourists go over there purely to use it. They not only have local customers that regularly use their expensive machines (getting back their investment on the machine within a matter of months), they also gain tourism points which in turn boosts the overall economy putting money back into the pockets of the public and therefore putting money back into the government through taxes. Literally everyone is happy with that since it makes EVERYONE richer. The customers pay less so more stays in their pockets, the employees gain job security, the owner and execs get a nice cushy salary plus bonus, the company gets a nice fat profit, and the government gets a nice chunk in the form of taxes which goes right back into the general public’s interests (public safety and healthcare and education). It’s almost like execs don’t know the first thing about economics.

I don’t understand putting up with someone you hate for a job. If someone said “we were friends” about me when they hurt me, I would correct them even in front of others. “No, you make a living nightmare out of my life and I don’t want anything to do with you.” Is all they will get from me. No goodbye either. If the boss or coworker thinks I’m being rude, they can live through what that person put me through. Otherwise, they can shut up. I’m more than happy to go to HR for hostile workplace environment because a coworker or boss is trying to force a friendship with a former bully. I don’t understand people who aren’t. I get that it’s scary but no job is worth reliving trauma. Trauma is worse than the anxiety you feel when you say your piece. I say that as someone who has had this situation happen.
