That was not the mc mom but the dragon's mom. Who is the keeper of the 999,999,999 cecile past life. If i remember it poorly. This cecile was the late that the dragon's mom can keep going as she was at the limit of her life. If cecile fail then that was it for this story. No motr reincarnated cecile. I might be wrong on this but this is what my poor memory remember for that scene when the mom appeared
