Ok so I know I’m in the minority but honestly, this os a good story, it’s interesting to see how much Brian has changed in his new incarnation, how he’s been manipulated by the other brother.

I can still see Brian in Ian, they are the same person. Ian is just someone who had things hidden from him, he’s scared, confused, angry. He’s been manipulated.

I can’t wait to see how or maybe even if (tho I doubt) the author will combine ian and Brian.

Brian isn’t a new character. Tbats Ian. That’s his missing piece, we’re just Learning more abt him.
