i absolutely hate it when they make the ml so pitiful the fl just wants to take him back. like what the author did to 'what it means to be you'. being miserable and acting all su1cidal bc of your past mistakes seems very selfish to me. what would the fl think if you d1e bc of her? sounds like another trauma to me, your death would be meaningless and only you will get the sweet release of de@th while the fl would forever carry her guilt for causing you to do that.
but ig i liked it bc i took short breaks while reading this and ive calmed down (lol this isn't that serious) and i kinda like the girlie went through this self healing process before fully accepting back the male lead. she obviously still wants to be with him but doesn't know how to properly express it. and all this time im just screaming at the ml to be honest for once im starting to get irritated. and im glad he did. and now they're together. and has a kid. they're cute when they're in love, almost made me forget all the sh!t ml did to the fl, especially at the start. haha but ig the fl is kind af bc she's willing to forgive a man like that, but couldn't be me.
but good for her, though! she def could do better but the ml is obviously doing everything to treat her right. i forgot what else i want to say but yeah. ITS NOT THAT BAD.... i guess
idk what illustrator you are talking about but 2ha did change artists, but from what i remember that was a long time ago! im pretty sure it's obvious from where the artists were changed. there was some talks about the artist changing AGAIN because of complaints about the art style but from what i remember that was resolved already and the artist is still the same as the one we currently have right now. i am seeing some raw updates on twitter being posted (the latest one iirc is the xia sini arc) so its pretty updated. so correct me if im wrong! there's no artist change and the raw chinese version of the manhua is updating regularly! just not here because... idk someone has to pick it up and translate everything haha
just checked the last ch. here, it's updated i think. but im pretty sure the artist change issue has been resolved already unless there's a new one that i was not aware of. if that's the case then that sucks 2ha readers are so lucky to have a manhua artist meanwhile the svsss fandom.....

I did try going on the raw manhua account but because I couldn't navigate through I wasn't able to tell. Is it alright if you can send me thr link to where you were able to see? afaik the complaints came from the chinese fanbase, they're complaining about the artstyle!! same thing happened with another danmei manhua i forgot the name of. this happened some time last year i think?? correct me if im wrong. 2ha manhua already had a change of artist once and they complained about the current manhua artist again last year, but i know that was already resolved and the manhua continued on with the same artist!
What the heck. They don't deserve this artist. Chinese fanbase are too much. The artist don't deserve those complaints they're doing a good job.

I’m sorry to say but the manhua has NOT update since chapter 72 since 1/26/24 in Kuaikan manhua app. I can see the Kuaikan app since I know some mandarin to navigate the app. I really thinks the artist has unfortunately decided to dropped out of drawing this.
No I'm also pretty sure the artist change is old news. Even not too long ago they came out with "special content". They had like an special limited time only offer where the artist drew the first time mo ran and chu wanning did it in the inn. I also just checked the raws and there was an announcement on there being technical issues and even more recently there was a merch announcement with the same art style of the current drawing style.
The merch announcement was posted the 15th of this month. So I just honestly think it's one of those time they are just taking some time to update
If you check the Weibo of the artist in question, you’ll see the artist’s comment saying that they’ll work on the project until the new artist is stabilized. And it seems this is the time frame for them to “switch artist” and organizations.

Who is popo? From what I understand 在别墅里吃点好的 is the current artist. I follow them on Twitter and they are also the artist for The Fallen Merman. I checked the credits too of the most recent chapter to see if they match the Twitter and its the same name. I haven't seen any announcements from them so far about any changes.

the uploader is most likely busy with other series. if you go to their profile, they recently just uploaded another manga. i believe they're a one man team. it's a lot. they didn't drop this (probably) but is just busy with something else. be patient.
