This is just my opinion but this is actually more sad for me than angering. I want to feel angry but I actually saw this coming from a mile away and was just waiting for it to happened. I knew it would but that’s why I actually feel bittersweet about it... The darkness of the story feels realistic. There will always be terrible people like Sensei who are so messed up, so quiet with a presence so overwhelming that it can take you over. Like it did to Kyo, Kyo was so far past the acceptance of normal affection that he just soaked up everything that came to him. And Sensei used that to manipulate him and used him as an outlet to cope with the problems he has. I just hope that Kyo leaves Sensei instead and becomes the strong one out of this. He deserves that. Sensei can just move away and die alone with his meaningless hook ups knowing he ruined his own life. It certainly seems that way, anyway.
so THIS is what the author of thr story was leading up to, i think nakyum is finally going to escape w his sister’s help and he’ll do it bc seungho isn’t treating him nicely anymore. now i think i get where the story is going. i think the author might not want to give an abused x abuser a quick happy ending.

I believe the author wants for Seungho to treat Nakyum in an even worse way so when he later finds out the truth, Seungho will regret it a lot and we'll finally get to see some character progression from his part (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Well, a hint that lead me to believe that is the old guy (sorry, I can't remember his name). I know he said that it wasn't his business but I believe that if he won't do anything, the author wouldn't have dedicated all of these scenes showing him being sceptical, bothered, and of course, him watching Seungho punish/rape Nakyum.
Idk maybe it's just my wishful thinking.. But I really hope that's the case :(

jinwoo... you’re the fucking man dude, i can’t wait to find out who and what he is though. the fact that certain human exclusivities (like monsters not wanting to kill him when they think kill humans), don’t apply to him is very interesting. REALLY excited for when it’s explained. i also hope to see him meet his father, that’ll be cool.

I really do wish the best for the two male leads tbh... Maybe it’s wishful thinking but honestly I love Nakyum and Seungho as characters a lot so. Yeah. Though it does suck, everything that has happened so far and where the story is going, I do still have hope for the manhwa! Let’s see where the author will take us from here!
Though tbh, I have a few thoughts. Objectively speaking...
Nakyum, in my opinion, doesn’t seem to have much of a sense of danger since he’s grown to “trust,” if you can call it that, Seungho. He felt more scared going back to normal society than staying with Seungho. But also! It could be the opposite! (Which I think makes more sense), he has a much higher established sense of danger and is protecting himself from Seungho by trying to get on his good side. What I feel bad about is that Nakyum (somehow?) likes him. We can tell by the way he reacts to him when he’s...NOT being assaulted. The sad part is that this is likely just a survival instinct that he’s acquired after being around Seungho for so long. Basically like when a person would go back to an abusive partner because their mind believes that they and others will be safer if they “calm” the storm (the abuser) as much as possible. This really is the worst situation for Nakyum, I doubt he’ll be able to properly live a decent life after this (mostly due to separation trauma that could occur if he leaves Seungho). Honestly, the idea of Nakyum becoming a strong, independent person after this terrible time sounds amazing. We can only wait and see I guess! Kudos to the author for creating such an in-depth story!

These comments are full of fucking dumbasses. I really don’t care that I insulted them either. It’s just full of people complaining about a story that they don’t pay a fucking cent for. Uploader's constantly dealing with complaints every update. They pay out of pocket for thousands of people and all people do is talk about how shitty a manhwa this is. You can just peacefully stop reading a webtoon but don’t forget that there are people who pour hours into this story just for money to be robbed, and people to shit on it because they just “don’t like where it’s going.” If you weren’t or aren’t prepared for a fucked up story maybe you shouldn’t fucking read it and just let it go peacefully. There’s no fucking respect for comic creators because of people like this.

Mind you there are plenty of people like me who pay for every chapter. We come here for the comments and to share our opinion since Lezhin still doesn’t have that feature. I’d reckon most who “complain” are those paying for them. And what’s wrong with criticizing? Yes the author pours her heart out on this story no doubt, but when we’ve invested time and money and it gets wasted on 3 rape chapters, people can get pissed, rightfully so.
It’s not about us not being ready for a “fucked up” story, it’s about this creeping feeling that the author is just milking us for what it’s worth to make this story as long as possible.
I don't condone those who complain to the uploader, because they didn't make the story but those who didn't pay for it can still give criticism or complain. It doesn't matter if they paid for it or not, the story will stay the same even if they did. Its like paying for a burger or getting it free. It will taste the same either way, but only in one case is there wasted money. I understand that the author and artist put hard work into this but if the end production is bad, then people can say so. If people are complaining over nothing, I get it, but that's not the case in most comments. Also, you aren't in the right to tell anyone to drop the story if they don't like some content in it. To also say "If you weren’t or aren’t prepared for a fucked up story maybe you shouldn’t fucking read it", without first reading the story, how will they know what it fully contains and if they'll like it or not? They're not going into this story thinking "There's tons of rape in here and the ML is a douchbag".

They don’t hate how dark the story is. I mean let’s be real, can this story compare to Harada in terms of “dark” and psychological? Anyone who’s been frequenting Mangago for at least a year is going to hell They’re complaining about the rape rape rape. I actually scrolled down for these scenes and got annoyed. Did we really wait a whole week just to see Nakyums tears and snot for the X time? But I understand where you’re coming from.
Oh ok, i personally have not seen any comments that are specifically bashing on the author and more on the work itself. Tho I did see one comment that said the author is milking this story. Idk of that's true or not but that's all I've seen. Also the genre isn't like physiological, its historical, and when I first started reading this, there were no rape scenes, so there was no rape tags. Now there are now that we're so down the line, but people reading from the beginning won't expect the ML to turn out this way now. I understand why you're mad and I get why you'd post your comment.
