The comments and reviews for the novel of this manhwa are so positive and full of people singing its praises, my anticipation for this is sky high!

Honestly this is one of the most engrossing reads I’ve had in a while. If you treat this as a psychological horror, you’ll be so rewarded because we haven’t had anything like this where FL could spiral down to such pure and mind numbing despair that it completely breaks her (closest is Resetting Lady who reloops her life over and over for the past 100 years with no end in sight)

I know Roger is the endgame but to be honest, romance is such a backseat for me here because damn, the plot is plotting. I think those who come here expecting only romance is just gonna disappoint themselves because it’s obvious they’re gonna use Roger as one of the source for angst AND a beacon of hope (judging by the latest chapter) which means slow burn for the next three hundred chapters but the FL is riveting enough to carry the series on her back so I’m good.

So I think what we have here is a very annoying miscommunication setup… if I’m reading this right, the game has ended. ML is putting up boundaries because he genuinely thinks MC has tapped out. MC brought him another named person, and ML thought ‘because they’re fated, shouldn’t MC fight against this?’ ML was initially testing this fated lovers thing out, but for him, it fizzled to an end because MC didn’t react as expected or he thinks MC set this up in the first place (makes sense why he said ‘what a pointless ending’). SO HERE, his stupid experiment probably ended.

ML will likely reveal everything to MC next, and MC will be pissed af because why for no reason was he put through shit emotional roller coaster - all this for an experiment? Extra pissed if Ryu actually thinks he was working with the scammer (girl likely had the name tattooed) Don’t forget that one of ML’s keywords when this manhwa started was ‘#후회공 / regret’ so I think this will probably kick off a chasing arc where ML's feelings for MC will be explored for the first time. As the poster below me said, we had this for MC, but none for ML’s side.

I actually believe THIS IS THE REAL RYU, one who’s not afraid to cut people off. He’s not the Prince Charming people claimed him to be nor did he profess to be one, which is why he doesn’t actually have close friends in the first place.Ngl I desperately need them to make out and fuck, but Ryu needs to BE HUMBLED and grovel first before they do.

I’m at chapter 63, read the whole thing in one go, and I had to TAKE A BREAK because this manhwa nearly fucking ended me with how much crying I did, that I had to take MEDS because I had a headache from all the sobbing.

I went from hating Heiner to supporting him completely. This is a testament to the fantastic character development both MC and ML had. Every raw emotion laid out in the chapters, oh I felt it. I’m glad I gave it a chance because I actually dropped it once before in early chapters because I couldn’t stand ML.

As a Seol fan, I’m screaming over the last two chapters. And omg Guys, I’m freaking TF out at this plot twist. Was SEOL the Childhood friend the whole time??? I thought it was Kang Miro but both kid and SEOL HAS THE SAME HAIR COLOR. If the kid was SEOL, then it’ll explain WHY HIS BEHAVIOUR BACK IN KINDY WAS SO SHITTY HELP
