ML is a green flag, his story was just as tragic and his love story with MC was one of the highlights of the story. My reference: I read until the ending. Out of the recent KR novels, this one was one of the few that made an impression on me.

Hmm, I’ll keep it a vague as I can, but Xinlu is the precious young master of his household, so he’ll always have that bossy countenance. You’ll also see that Yuri in the manhwa is always still and gentle, not very reactive. This is exactly how he loves, and it’s also a huge factor that causes Xinlu to be anxious and reacts explosively or at times go overboard (not to Ilay’s scale, I consider Xinlu lightweight) Xinlu does break down at one point, which stuns Yuri as well. I guess you can say Xinlu is the reactive one, but Yuri also affects the dynamic with well, being himself? lol. I consider them more as equals in that bodyguard/young master type of relationship.

I’m halfway through reading the novel - how we’ve completely misunderstood ML. OG heroine NEVER had a chance, he never once LOOKED at her. There was no room, for her. ML was in love with Bianca and never wavered. The first few chapters of the manhwa is where he genuinely falls for her. These two are so sweet they gave me toothache.
The REAL evil mastermind is someone else.
