Can someone share a summary of the raws? I read the whole thing but didn't understand what happened.
The chinese translation is up to ch11 and I can read chinese but I have not read it proper yet except that I skimmed through the latest ch11 in which the confession happened. Sorry pal, I don’t really wanna read another ongoing manga at the moment.. so many ongoing manga left me hanging so I felt bit drained and tired about incompleted mangas right now..
*beats self up over the wrongness of shipping this couple*
*New chapter comes out*
*gets squee-worthy OTP moments*
*starts shipping as logic and reason flies out the window*
EVERY DAMN TIME.
I don’t see what’s wrong with shipping them. She’s not taking advantage of him; she genuinely really cares about him, and he really cares about her too. They helped each other find purpose in their lives and become better versions of themselves. The only reason their relationship hurts them sometimes is because of society condemning their age gap and separating them.
*SPOILERS*
I do mean no offense with this comment, but... When I heard the uke gets annoying from this point on, I've decided to drop this manga. His attitude, refusal to even consider alternate points of view and own up responsibility, childishness and wanting to abort his baby rings too close to home (my sister is going through the exact thing and venting/throwing these tantrums) that I knew I have to stop reading. Will hop in at the end when the series ends. Have fun, guys!

Those who bashed the manga for 'suddenly' switching couples at the end clearly didn't pay attention to Hotaka's entire behavior during his relationship with Chika. From the first chapter, it was literally one sided on Chika's part all the way to the end, there was no classic yaoi 'I don't know love, but what is this feeling I have in my heart' trope with Chika (in fact, he had this with Masato) to seal the Chika x Hotaka deal. They had a friends with benefits fling, and most of the time, it seems like Hotaka was the one being burdened by the weight of Chikas feelings. He was never in love.
Hotaka is not exactly innocent as well, his going along with the flow thing and his inability to understand what love is do end up hurting people and makes him look indecisive, even if he may not realize it.
