I think it wasn't a flashback, the uke is currently sleeping with the guy that showed up in the last panel - ch 2 (he has a mole under the eye & is named Doyoon?) but I don't think they're dating since uke was trying to fuck someone else in Ch 1 but they ran away so Doyoon replaced him.

I think it's because you dont actually know how it feels to date someone with same gender, he's so scared of what will happen if anyone else know about that.. if mochizuki knew about it, maybe uke scared if they relationship is spreading and theres still people whos judging about that you knoww, maybe that's the reason why uke wouldn't let mochizuki know about the relationship. Well I guess you may be right since I don't have experience dating the same gender too. I guess what I meant to say was that he could have just said "I'm dating someone", no need to specify their gender to mochizuki. But yeah I guess it's hard to know how people actually feel and respond in that situation!
