I feel like the only place they could've potentially met was at the convenience store and then the stalker fell in love (?) & started following him after. Think that might be the stalker in ch.1 (curly hair customer) where the MC is leaving the store after buying food.

Also I presume the stalker didn't work at or near the MC's company and it doesn't look like MC goes out a lot (eg. shopping or meeting up with friends) where he could have ran into the stalker. So I guess convenience store makes sense since MC is usually buying food there?
