I honestly liked this one a lot and I'll miss it, but I can kind of see why others wouldn't like the ending. I felt that the friends story was wrapped up neatly. It is what it is, he finally moved on and I love that for him. I do agree that the cousin disappeared towards the end, but I don't think he was an integral part of the story at that point. The side couple *le sigh* Like I was actively rooting for their divorce, so that was cool.

Unpopular opinion but I think they needed to separate on that island. I think people keep forgetting how large his father's influence is. He sent that bum after them and he found them easily! They would HAVE to be on the run together and ultimately that would put a tremendous strain on their relationship. His dad would never stop until Duk was arrested just to get to Sungho. Sungho is just now getting to a point where he can stand up to his father and not to spoil too much, but he's still not quite there yet. That took 8 years. Let the man cook! So yeah, just wanted to get that off my chest. Sungho has a lot of flaws as a character, but this was a decision that I honestly don't blame him for.

The ukes motivations are so horribly convoluted now that I'm actively rooting for no one in this story. Both families can just die. Like I really don't get why the uke thought this was the way to do things especially when they conflict with his actions in season 1. Ol' Rube Goldberg ass plot...
