My theory's like: Sora got over his love for Shigure quicker than Haru, so he forgot the dude's features?
Maybe because Haru met Shigure when Shigure was younger while Sora met him when he was already in his 30s? That's why Sora didn't see any resemblances from the 25 y/o Yuki
