and not,,, in a good way? i have my own theory. jitae and jian is half brothers. seeing jian's similar hair to their mum i'd assume jitae is the adopted one. they are in a heated feud bcs of who will get their grandpa's company(?) and then there's hajoon, the name that's somehow important to mi eum while the character isn't really that stood up. I'm assuming he's gonna be reveled to be involved with jitae's kidnapping? i absolutely don't get it tho. bcs the one that do the kidnapping is mi eum father and hajoon still looks young. confusing as hell. we will probably get explanation soon but if your readers are incapable of understanding the plot what's the point? i love this author's other work with secondo piatto. ashame truly

it really does pisses me off that yaoi authors just couldn't help themselves to make the seme just slightly a red flag. everything was so great, until we reach jigeon's pov. i was so immerse in the angst until we know that jigeon's reaction and all the stuff that happened with jiseok and mina were all fabricated by him. i genuinely can't tell if he's a sociopath or just stupidly in love for some times.
another criticism from me is i absolutely hate that the jigeon only refusing to pursue his feelings to wooseo bcs he knows wooseo likes his brother, not bcs they also have a huge age gap. im assuming wooseo is already 18 bcs he's preparing to go to college but it is weird regardless that a college graduate likes a high schooler. this is fiction ik, it just seems weird that they fail to mention this yk.
that being said, this story has a much much better plot structure than many other stories out there. and i have to appreciate despite all the manipulation, jigeon is still respectful and always wait for consent and the author did not let the seme get away with all his crimes. at least they reveal it and acknowledge what he did was fucking insane. some people think this is boring but i think the pace is very well done and we were able to understand the reasoning to a lot of the decision these characters made. and the character development is beautifully written.

how the hell this has 1k vote already? it's really interesting so far, i'll give em that. a good yaoi in zombie apocalypse settings that have a good amount of gore, action and smut with great pacing and interesting plot so far is a rare sight to see indeed.
he kissed a boy,,, and he likes it,,,, man what a story. i think s2 is gonna be focusing on how they "hide" and make their relationship works with all of the conservative elders in the village. but the problem wasn't mainly with them, bcs i can see that they somehow tolerate it, but the people who wants mr. kwon's lands will use this opportunity to push him away. the conflict will be he has to pick between staying here but sung ho will definitely go or they both leave the village once they got "exposed". but at the cost of his lands and all his property that he holds dear. i think that's the angst will come, bcs internally they already seems to be settled with each other. i think sung ho's conscience will be at play here. and mr. kwon is gonna be confuse too since yes he hates some townies there bcs of how his mother died but at the same time he wants to continue her legacy.
this is all just a silly theory hhaahaha bcs i know for sure angst is coming. to wherever the story goes, i'll be seated for season 2.
