I don't hate the uke because he's slutty. he got to the top like that and i actually respect him for pursuing his dreams even through his situation.
what i don't like is he sexually assaults the seme 3 times even when the seme consistently says no. he is not to be held up because he stopped himself. that's not the point, he was a victim of sexual assault, not a seme that waits for consent.
also i dislike the fact that the uke says he had no choice, you did, you just chose the one that's easier for you as an omega. you could've struggled as a person but you look at things as an omega, completely different from the seme's views. the only reason why they end up together is because the seme drops his views for the uke.
no matter how pitiful he is, he is still a horrible person. i won't argue that he shouldn't received empathy, he should, he is a victim within his own right and he grew up like that because of all the things he suffered from but it doesn't excuse the fact that he is generally a horrible person who sexually assaulted the seme because of the seme's refusal to him and makes the seme feel bad after refusing him because of his situation.
and when the seme shares his he puts him down by saying that he doesn't know what it's like to be an omega and that he shouldn't be disgusted because they did what they had to do. he didn't even change in the end, he just stopped fucking his superiors and settled down with one person. I don't really ask much when it comes to yaoi, but at least make the characters likeable. the story wasn't even interesting and the smut was lackluster. 2/5
now i don't care if you think i shouldn't look deep into it because it's fiction. i know it is. and i know it will never be a masterpiece, it's yaoi and focused on smut, but as a drama that had plot, no matter how little, it should still be seen as a piece of literature and should be regarded as such. that said don't reply something stupid like why is it so long, it's a rant, it's supposed to be long. if you don't have thoughts to share, don't share them

I agree with Ur first points and disagree with the rest in a sense the uke did have a choice but he didn't really see it as a choice imo. He saw that sex got him what he wabt so he continued to use that since that seems to be all he knows. Also I feel that him not doing all his superiors was in itself a big change for the uke and for him to settle down with someone that he actually loves and doesn't use to gain anything but love he even starts to think of himself as a burden for seme. I'd say he got a lot more compassionate and more understanding. Also him settling down also means that he'll probably have to stop going up the cooperate ladder. He's given up a superficial goal for something more sentimental I'd say he changed quite a bit. And this is not me excusing his behaviour he's a disgusting prick for sxually assaulting the send multiple times, but the reason he did it seems to be that sex again was the only thing he knew in a sense his love language but that's just understanding why he did it doesn't excuse what he's done honestly I liked all the characters in this the seme and the uke all of them except of course the alpha superiors and such. I just find pity in them, that maybe if they were raised differently it'd be ok I guess especially the uke cuz he grew up without love whilst the seme grew up with love but in terrible Living conditions and honestly I feel as if the semes love for the uke even tho contradictory to his views saved the uke from turning into someone like his father and possibly having a child like the seme. And I so don't think he really dropped his views for the uke love and hate are both strong and very similar feelins so are pretty interchangeable and I think the seme simply saw through the uke and empathised with the uke and also stopped seeing him as his father or an "omega" but as an individual and he fell in love with that pitiable yet strong individual. I think he more or less came to an understanding of the ukes circumstances. Anyway idk if this made sense it's 2AM and idk I just like the uke I guess gn

reason: it’s annoying. the main character’s personality is annoying in general and most women who are not manly women are either weird or evil(lady fragrance). this is probably one of the “feminist” works. (feminism doesnt work that way writers, its about upholding and treating women equally and how they can do what men can do as well not what you can do i can do ten times better so dont be arrogant just because you’re a man.) it’s very noticeable as well with how they portrayed ashton or whatever. i also hate how the writing is basically without plot. just because you want something to be a surprise doesnt mean you shouldn’t foreshadow. that’s not how it works. it just makes your writing look rushed and stupid because it literally came out from nowhere. i also hate how they had grace explain that the north temple is basically a company and this is a branch. just because she’s a modern woman doesn’t mean she can’t understand the extremely basic explanation they gave. it just makes the readers feel like you’re treating them like stupid people. the way they explained it felt like they tried too hard to include and remind you that she’s not a woman from this period but from the same era as we are. the way they just ignored her saying she basically transmigrated without giving her consequences annoyed me. the way they make her overpower the duke because she’s much stronger annoyed me and when they’re in a relationship they probably wouldn’t be equals but ashton would be considered a wife slave. he literally doesn’t have a personality unless being broken, gullible and handsome counts. they alway belittle grace and try to make grace this character who doesn’t care unless it directly relates to her and it fails miserably. i know you want to make something different but it isnt it just comes off as horribly written and annoying. every man we’ve encountered is either an asshole or a simp. its a mess and not in a good way.
