this kind of story really pisses me off. like, i can assume when i’m reading something toxic and fucked up, and sometimes that’s fine, it’s fiction, and people can explore dark themes. but what i hate is when the author can’t decide what kind of story they’re telling. like, are you trying to make the older character someone with morals and principles? or are you writing a toxic, messed-up relationship? because no adult with actual morals would ever get involved with a minor like that. if the character is supposed to be a decent person, they wouldnt do this lol it doesn’t make sense, you can’t have it both ways.
either commit to writing a dark, toxic story (and make it clear that it’s fiction and not okay in real life), or write a story where the characters are the same age or both adults. this weird in-between where the story tries to justify something clearly wrong just doesn’t work. it’s uncomfortable, and it honestly ruins the whole thing
I DIDNT EXPECT THIS AT ALL WHAT LMFAOOOOO at first i thought it was the poor uke in debt trope and then blonde guy is crazy and kindaps the dark kaired one ?? this is so fucked up but at the same time dark haired is really funny i really am laughing my ass off but still feeling the weird as fuck situation
when will seoin stop it w the act brah we all know you down bad and that you still dream abt what u did in hs w yeongwoon no one is believing the nonchalant act but really why is he denying his feelings so bad as if yeongwoon fucking him isn't enough confirmation that the man also is in someway attracted to him. and also fuck taegu
ummmmmmmmm DAFUCKKKKK this season just started some time ago how is it over already and what the hell was that crying and throwing up. but i think this actually makes more sense than brett just, like, becoming a fully normal person, because he wasn’t normal from the start. and yeah, i just think that in that end scene you can see how, in a way, what hayden is saying to him is getting to him. like, what is that black liquid? i think it’s a sign that he is feeling something it’s just that he’s either not realizing it yet, or maybe he doesn’t want to accept what he actually feels.
and yes, i think that part of him will never be as sentient or emotionally present as hayden wants him to be. but the thing is, if he did realize and start feeling like a normal person, it would break him. because that’s just who he is, he copes by detaching himself from what happened to him, from his feelings, from everything. so yeah, that’s my take.
