Question for the novel readers: Does the ML ever genuinely cares for the MC or all he does is constantly rape or assault him sexually? I didn't fully read this yet btw, but I skimmed couple random chapters before... (the train stuff and such) Let me know if there is a regret-arc. Thank you~
Regret arc? I don't think so this will gonna happen. No regret arch, ML just surrender completely when he realised he can't live without him.
Spoiler!
After confining MC, It's looks like ML form a similar to Stockholm syndrome because they are only two in that place. Or he just really gets charmed by MC. So, when MC manage to escape, ML got so scared. It's kinda funny how scared he looks like in that scene. He can't live anymore without MC. When ML manage to find MC, he's doing everything to not cause a reason for MC to even think to run away again. So, he's kinda taking care of him or like under from MC. He even gave Anastasia to MC so MC can have power overhim. Like saying MC can use ML however he wants in exchange of staying with him. They became kinda sweet with each other. Although I'm not updated at the current volume, so I dunno if both of them fall in love with each other.

Idk why on chapter 21, Enjin's group just chose to let the enemy run away. Why just stand there while they are slowly fading away??? It seems like an overlooked common sense issue and it tickles my nerves.
RIGHT ????? It bugged me ever since I read it and I findit even worse in the anime, but ig they needed the excuse
Yeah, especially in the anime they just watch it like it's theater. I came here to check if the manga does the same and sure the villains take their sweet time to yap. The abilities have these convenient loop holes too. I love the style so I wondered if these mistakes continues in the chapter 150s too...
i think it's because it's not necessarily their job? they are cleaners that take care of trash beasts first and foremost. they don't seem to arrest people, they don't kill them, and they don't give them to other people to arrest either. humans are another organization's jurisdiction, so they probably leave it up to them, especially because the cleaners do not work with this other organization. zanka himself says at one point that he's surprised the raiders/vandals are still walking around in spite of the existence of this organization. it can still be annoying, but i believe there is a general reason for it
That's the most acceptable explanation but still their support was nearly dead because of Jabber and the bigger guy (idk the names yet) was already angry and ready to attack. Choosing to not move isn't really making sense overall.
I'll just unsee that part for now, I guess.
Yeah same, I guess it was just easier this way to continue the story rather than having them attack, to share some lore I guess. Not the first time it happens in a good serie so we surely can overlook it, though it was a frustrating bit to read/see TT
