The last chapters are really great, it kind of make me want to forget how toxic this couple has been for a lot of chapter, and imagine that Taeju has always been this kind of possessive but nice guy
That's too bad because I think this story would have been so much more popular, if the author didn't make Taeju such a rapist jerk in the first chapters
Hoping they keep his character like he is right now until the end of the story

The first part of the chapter made me want to cry so much
It's just horrible to have a stalker, but for Ml it was even worse, his own father chose to let the crazy dude continue to stalk his son for 2 f*cking votes in an election !
It's like he sold his son to a pervert for his own ambition, he basically reinforced the dude's crazy thoughts by treating him like he did nothing wrong
In the first chapter I found the actions of Ml too much, but seeing this chapter, I understand why he acts like that
He must have been on guard that something would happen to him again, and he knows that there is no one to help him, he has to defend himself
Really, not everyone deserve to have children, I hope a lot of unhapiness is coming for the father
Imagine the audacity :
- You spend years in love with someone, but sleeping with his friend
Well it's already not a good sign imo, but technically it's nothing really wrong since he is not with Ml at this moment
- Then you manage to get with the person you love
- Then not only are you not clear with your fuck buddy that you are not together, but you actually continue to have sex with the guy
- Then because of your cheating ass, Ml who did nothing wrong not only finds out you have been cheating on him (despite you loving him sooo much), but your fuck buddy ruins his life by wounding him
At this moment, you ARE already a shameless b*tch who ruined a person's life because of your actions, ANYONE would stay out of his life because of the shame

I mean obviously he also does this because he realized that Yeonwoo and him have an unhealthy friendship, so he says it's for the best, but I hope Hyeong Jun won't hurt him or Yeonwoo now that they are no longer together
I know that most people feel close and relate to Shinwoo's insecurities, but to be honest I must admit that I can relate to Han's personality too in another way
I'm not proud, but I can kind of understand this childish side of him in highschool that hurt Shinwoo so much
It's not the same thing at all, but I used to have a bit of the same type of childish personality
When I felt frustrated by someone's words or actions, I often acted coldly with them
I secretly hoped that this person would do the first step to ask me what was wrong or things like that (which of course isn't always the case, making me even more frustrated and even more cold)
Today I realize that you can't act like an ass with someone, and at the same time expect this person to magically understand why you're acting like that and help you and your frustrations
If you don't properly communicate with others, don't blame them for not understanding you, it's just you being selfish and self-centered

Mc is the daughter of
1/ the king's brother who was banished
2/ the sister of her false mother (It is mentioned that the false mother killed her sister, but why not before her death)
3/ The daughter of the emperor himself
I'm like 80% convinced that she is the daughter of the king's brother, why not with the sister of the b**ch mother before she was murdered, or another woman not yet introduced

And the trope "Mc is used as a replacement for someone but this someone was actually her all along" is quite common

So. King had two sons.
Second son murdered the father and took the throne as king, sending his brother away to barren lands where he now enters a campaign into the dark forrest. Sound familiar? The GRAND DUKE. Could not attend his wedding, due to having a campaign in the dark forrest, and does not trust the king, believing the king is up to something.
The kings brother is the ml. Aka, our MC's husband. Its very VERY unlikely that the main FL is the daughter of her husband. UNLESS some weird ass incest plot is going on.
And to address the false mom thing. When the uncle is mentioning that the adoptive mom of the MC killed her sister to be the wife of mc's adoptive father. The image shown, showed both women had red hair.
Our FL has blonde hair.
So far we have only had ONE image of the current king, the ML's brother. And that image has blonde hair, so well the theory that its the kings brothers kid is more than likely 100% wrong. Its more than likely she's an illegitimate kid, or even more likely, an enemy of the king, rinse why he would have dealt with the girl by giving her off to people who wouldnt love her, then raise her to marry his brother. And break her down. Till she was eventually killed off by Vast.

Yes these stories always have some weird twist, but the king's brother is her husband. She looks like the king, but that would pan out weird unless the king wasn't really related to his brother. Which is possible but odd. So maybe the FL father found a orphan baby with the kings' features and made him believe he had his real (the kings) bastard child for financial support or something. Then like they use the kid for their needs not caring that she was be the kings' brothers Neice when in actuality she's not from some weird twist. Which might be too complicated a mess for this story. I don't know how this will go, but I do know I firmly believe that girl is not their child.
