If it can become a redemption arc for the Taran doctor, and make him abandoned his ridiculous "duty", and have him abandoned his obsession for continuing the Taran bloodline. If then, he decides to just have and live a quiet life with Anna teaching medicine. Then I am all for this pairing.

They don't end up together just yet but Arthur realized his feelings for her after she kissed him. When she tells him to give her an answer he says he needs more time. He feels guilty that his mental age is way more than Tess's age.
He has to leave the academy and has to move out of where he lived. He can no longer enter for murder.
Years later Arthur and Tess meet again.
Arthur is just living freely and getting stronger. Tess is now leading an army because war has happened between the 3 countries.
Arthur has been caught in the crossfire and decides to help Tess's side to win, and they did win.
Arthur finally confessed his feelings for her and they live happily ever after (?)
Arthur's friend...(what was his name again...yall know the dude that helped Arthur beat the forest monster thingamajiggy) he recalls his memories that he lost.
I think Arthur has killed his people and now he can't forgive Arthur anymore so now they are enemies.
(This is what happened while the war was still going on.)
/The story is still not finished yet but it got up to the part where Tess and Arthur confess so I think there is just a little more left until it is done :)/

When you mean murder you mean murdering Lucas right? Also just asking, I last read the novel probably 3-4 years ago so I kinda forgot. But there was a terrorist attack at the academy right? or am I just mixing this with another novel.
I think he killed both Lucas and his brother.
I think he had to leave the country mostly because he killed Lucas's brother.

I was really excited when the manga came out, so I started reading the novel. But then it made me drop the manga...
Mostly the part where he and his friends are now enemies and can't go back to being best buddies anymore ;-;
Oh yeah also another thing-
I think Lucas's brother came to kill Arthur after he found out Arthur killed Lucas, but he ends up losing and gets killed.

If they r then...is Claude/Chole a girl or a guy?
Was Chole a guy from the beginning?
Or is Chole just dressing up like a guy?
Ok, so SPOILERS (I just read the entire story on here today)
Chloe and Claude are the same person. They are a guy from the start and are pretending to be a girl (reason is given in the story after a while). So basically, Claude is dressing up as a girl and being called Chloe during their entire childhood in the Duke's annex building.
