Tattoos are not supposed to swell when healed :’) if your tattoo is doing that either the tissue is scarred, you’re allergic to the ink, or you got contaminated with something. either way it means your artist didn’t take proper precautions. If your artist starts feeling you up and hitting on you irl please walk out and never go back
