it's a great pace, throwing it back face off now Melina
Yeah, I see where you’re coming from, but I still find it quite slow story-wise. The characters have their own stories which makes the story not focused on our ML and FL. Also, it's been many chapters yet we don't see the complete backstory of mincheol and haesoo which I know it'll be soooo many problems when they're married. The author needed to put jay's POV in evey chapter that could've been a side story. Also, one chapter fl and ml flirt and that's all (it's like I've been wasting my time)..Idk maybe I'm just not used to this slow pacing. It really became boring tbh.

I totally understand, it really depends on taste and also the reason you get into each fictional piece to begin with. i think the pace reflects the repetition and perhaps monotony of the real world, and many people use reading as a means to escape that. personally, it is in my top interest to witness and have a chance to analyse human relationship and communication dynamic, so the realism of the pace adds a thrilling flare to this, in contrast to your usual psychological-mysteryish plot that aims to entice. and i think it's mincheol's and haesoo's complex dynamic that keeps me engaged, unlike whatever wattpad cliche is happening between taeha and haesoo which really ruins it for me. so i rely on jay's, taeha's family's and mincheol's storylines instead.
in contrast to, say, tower of god, which elaborates extensively on every little thing (albeit tastefully and intentionally) i think this story is progressing at a good, for me, pace.
10 dislikes but no one tried to argue to me. stfupls
LOL honestly i feel like the stories just keeps repeating, they meet up -> sad back story -> i love her waaa -> boom some side character appears -> dont see each other for a few days -> repeat Like their relationship hasnt had any real progress aside from them doing the boombayah

Honestly, if he was pretending all this time just to gain Heesoo's trust and then goes up and betrays him after all that flowery or whatever you call conversation, then that's kinda worst shit of betrayal I'll ever see dawg
Yeah I know. I'm just talking about how mc was good at manipulating and betraying people (if he really did) stfupls
I somehow agree with your statement, and that would be a good comeback. If that thought would actually be true, maybe even the reader was manipulate by Teakyung
I find this kind of genre more interesting tbh. I get butterflies in my stomach, I hope some people can get my point lmao. Dw I am sane and working in a society. I just need this kind of obsessiveness/craziness from a ml
Yeah no it’s like every course of action partaken leaves you with an ease of tension and airyness like it makes you hold your breathe it’s deliberately well written i give applauds to the authors
