As a family and child relations major, this manga is such a great case study lmao and the fucked up part is that THERE’S NO ONE IN THE 100% WRONG HERE. (Except for Itoshi’s parents yeah fuck them) The pregnancy was an accident. They both are equally in the wrong for that part but their “crashouts” are totally valid.
Itoshi’s case can’t just heal overnight just because they love each other. He’s really backed down in a corner of not wanting a child and not wanting to abort it cuz he knows what it feels!!
Tsumugi’s situation is also fucking sad. As a female myself, I’ve just been imagining myself in her shoes and gosh I wouldn’t know what to do.
But just like the comments, what is there to talk about? I’m kinda confused and frustrated with Tsumugi for that part. I know, communicating your feelings blablabla but after that then what? The baby’s not going to go away even if Itoshi poured out his whole fears, backstories, flashbacks, and such.
