I liked Story #1, it should definitely be a movie someday. Story #4 is intriguing, the girl probably had a low threshold for stimulation that's why she's a thrill seeker, it's going to be living in my head rent-free.

I reread it carefully and nah, his dad (Rokuhiro) smithed it after the war. It's the same sword that Chihiro was gripping when he was looking at his dad's corpse.

I wonder if there's any significance to the order of them swallowing the orbs? Her mother insisted that Dhan must swallow it first before Bayan, but that wasn't the case. I wonder if that's the reason why Dhan can feel her pain but Bayan remains oblivious to it?
That’s a good theory! It’s very possible since Bayan can’t feel the pain of the emperor but the emperor can. I’d reckon that if Bayan swallowed the orb first and later the emperor, she’d be able to feel the emperor’s pain.
Although the emperor did worry about getting tattoo because he thinks his “pain” will be transmitted to Bayan
Predictable at times but very well executed. The FL is a perfect balance between pure and smart. ML is okay, a bit possessive sometimes, but not annoyingly so and the FL can handle him just fine. Again, the FL is competent and not a doormat. Very refreshing read.
Can somebody remind me why Alec is the one to inherit the throne from Audrey? I know from the previous chapter that Audrey decided that she will not continue the royal blood from her line (idk the translations were wonky when I read that part), but why Arnaud? Does Bianca have royal lineage?

I wonder, bc the quality of the translation in last chapters wasn't great (still thankful I could read it) and in one the princess was referred to with masculine pronouns out of the blue, and I somehow don't think a girl would run around in boys clothes and train to be a knight, but then again, Bianka was quite progressive
I also thought the premise of having a very famous singer perform on your room as very AWKWARD and not enjoyable at all!! I'm so proud of Daisy for being so quick-witted
