Ummm....uh....strangely popular eccentric mad scientist (?) student falls in love with a very dumb first year student. He explains his attraction toward him as if the first year student is sending out electric waves to him. The first year student mistakes his feelings of dread as something similar to love. His other admirers who claim to love him can't stand this and try to get in the first year's way.....but they are all idiots as well and in the end just make a mess of things........yeah this is a pretty strange manga

I don't think that is the case. It doesn't have to be the god who gives birth.
Then how did the child came about? Knowing that humans more so males can't give birth....
Perhaps it is possible for males to give birth if the partner is a god. I'm not really sure how, but I'm pretty sure that the one who receives it gives birth.
