The story wasn't bad but it was really frustrating. I feel bad for the protagonist. After what happened to me I definitely wouldn't act as kindly as he did especially since the ml after 6 months of no contact he comes to ask for a favour for the protagonist's brother.
A revenge story would definitely has been more satisfying. Even a story where the protagonist was a little more firm would be.
