I like the story but the ending felt rushed and it felt like some events were left unanswered (Like what happened to make the father injure the MC uke's wrist. That one dickhead student who mentioned a gangbang r*pe of the MC and had it on tape. The relationship between the father and the Seme son's mom. Did he ever love her, was she just a fling, did he abuse her into a BDSM relationship and that's why she left, etc.) And how did the MC uke come into the care of the grandma and the little girl?

This story is so freakin CUTE! It's wholesome in an odd way. It was like fresh breath of air in the Yaoi genre, there was no love triangle, r**e from the main love interest, or a mean douchebag love interest for once.
