Most of the time it's "rape" where a Seme has sex with an uke who's too shy to admit they like it or they surprise an uke who ends up liking it. Or the kind where some antagonist attacks the uke to try to break up the couple.
There was something particularly gross about this to me. I think I would have felt better if he had woken up halfway through the first time.
