I don't really hate Leon, it sucks that he doesn't cherish himself. The guys he use to sleep with clearly shows lack of self love. It was strictly physical.
He self-esteem is low, he doesn't behave as someone who believe he'll ever be loved, maybe that's why he doesn't respect anyone else who's in a relationship.
He probably truly hates being a pregman. Similar to the way omegas hate their body's physiology, he has moments when his body doesn't function without sex.
I don't think he's ever been treated kindly, he's obviously lonely and acting out. I'm not saying this excuses his behavior, it just helps me understand the character's point of view.
Leon's carelessness might've result in pregnancy... Who knows... Naoto is kind and sweet, I think he will try to take responsibility either way. Having someone like him in Leon's life might help him grow. I've read so many BL's and learned assholes sometimes need someone like Naoto to become a decent person. As well as some asshole remain assholes but just become a bit sweeter.

I think he also probably understands a little more how those relationships with pregnancy work more than anyone in the main cast considering his older cousin (who’s probably late twenties) is married to one and He grew up around it. I mean he’s already shown he was more upset that Ikumi didn’t tell him more than anything else and even forgot his cousin was married to one because sees it as normal. Got to say though Naoto needs to remember to also think about himself too. There is a thing as being too selfless

Well it admittedly it was shinwoo's fault for cheating but their bodies and interests were not compatible from the start. They were just pushing their relationship either way. Sexual love was lacking and shinwoo needed "that" kind of thing. So this was basically bound to happen even if taesoo didn't enter.
Whatever I am planning to drop it cause I rather don't like love triangles.

Sigh seems to be a heated discussion about the original nature of this site. I understand why an artist would be upset about their work being uploaded as soon as it came out, diverting the actually amount of viewers... and income they could be making elsewhere... Which can be very discouraging and frustrating.
On another note a few official Mangaka artists put their work on here like the creator of Love Replica. ( http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/love_replica/) They enjoy seeing how interactive everyone is on here, reading the comments and find it encouraging.
This was mostly smut the plot was cliche not bad just typical.

Arata almost forcing the Omega to be a force pair.
The fact Jin raped and blackmailed him... (Pretty much typical in BL) no repentance or anything.
How they added bigger douchebags to gloss over and down play those scenes. And make you feel well he's better than those other jerks... He did change and become sweeter.
I've read many BL and this one felt a little spacy like not everything was covered but still overall enjoyable.
