How realistic. I know some parents who will put their children in the middle of the fight. Kids tend to be mentally ill because of it.
But now that I reread it again, the things that happened to ogSiwon is just heartbreaking. He doesn't have any hope that suicide became his salvation. Like yeah, where are the adults? I wanna see the brother and the rapists suffer and get what they deserved. I think the characters here are too apathetic and dismissive to what happened to Siwon. But the greatest disappointment I have is Taemin being a twink lol

Also being dismissive about such situations is not uncommon even in real life. Adults really should be more mindful about bullying and mental wellbeing of young adults
Yeah, lots of people don't have empathy in real life and can't even give even a little bit of care to other people so I hope that I can at least read it in fiction (which I didn't in this story). It makes me sad

Yeah I know what I'm getting when I read this but still. I kinda hope that at least the uke will have a normal life but no he ended up being a drug addict. I don't think he'll get up ever again. I think if the author went the "Devilman Crybaby" route where the uke died and the seme will suffer so much without dying I might actually like the ending. But also no, he gets no karma. Just vibing and living his life. I liked psychological dark "romance" but only if the ML will make the MC an exception and will not hurt them. Not like this, there's a limit in writing this shit lol. This ending is not satisfying at all and left me empty.
But then I got to the part where he injected drugs into Hojin's brother and realized I should just turn off my brain cause he's a sociopath. I liked the story really, it's just icky whenever uke's beats up the seme but ig he doesn't do it now (character development am I right?!)
Also kinda disturbing that the brother lost his mind and became homeless, I don't wanna think that it's because he was drugged and traumatized by the uke. I really hope that the reason he went missing was because he went back to his wife and they are getting their shit back together. Anyway side stories coming up!
