In my opinion I think it's good that Emel became the Marquis so she could deserve Estelle, yes yes I know Estelle's family would accept Emel even as a knight but do you think the public would agree to that? There are a lot of eyes in the Castiello family especially since Estelle doesn't have red eyes ( oh but I know that Estelle is part of the Castiello family pink is in the family of red so yeah)

They are kinda but they HATE each other. I believe he was forced to get engaged but it's only for political reasons or it was an unofficial engagement something like that. When Asher& Aria ( aka A^2) debut as a couple the common people see it as a true love story like Cinderella. As the Prince &Aria become more of the IT couple and gain more love from the people the Dutchess and her faction lose more power. Which leads to a domino effect
