seeing raon's piggy bank for the first time made me remember the scene I had forgotten about that empty room and three piggy banks ಥ╭╮ಥ
I read the first 10 or so chapters of this before but dropped it when someone said it has romance subplot, however watching the anime made me pick it up again and read it from start to end.
the romance turned out okay, I liked them as a pair. their character design looked good together, and I love sjw and his shadows (especially his shadows. igris??)
but I keep thinking about an alternate ending where sjw defeats the dragon emperor, and instead of staying on earth, he travels from world to world, universe to universe, like a traveler with super op skills and equipment, he meets foes stronger than him and gets stronger in the process, then he gets called back to earth to resolve some sht, but he returns way stronger. and the variety of his shadows increased blah blah. like, no romance at all, but he has stronger bonds with his shadows. cuz iirc, he's basically immortal now as the shadow monarch, this way atleast he won't have to be left alone......?????????????
