the plot was trash and rushed. and I can never fucking under in omegaverus where it involves Alfas and omegas why they don't just mark when they know their feels for eachother and are trying to stop LIGIT RAPE from fucking happening. Like I would forgive some of this if the redhead was a Beta and they loved each other but he could mark the omega. well, the story is psychological, and the relationships are very messed up. I enjoy seeing the unhealthy/toxic relationships change and sometimes get even more messed up. I don't support these types of relationships, but they are interesting to read about. The author also knowingly made the story messed up, and didn't put a bunch of rape/blackmail expecting for us to think it's cute/romantic. They knew that rape/blackmail is a bad thing, and shows us that by not having someone fall in love with their rapist right off the bat. If they do fall in love, that would be because they have lost hope, and don't have any self-worth.
I mean, the caste system alone is extremely messed up. And the caste allows you to see the twisted personalities of characters, and you get to watch what some will do when given power. Some characters lose hope, and some don't. You get to read while waiting and wondering for people to give in to the caste. Waiting for someone to give in to despair is very interesting in my opinion.
I personally enjoy reading stories that are purposely messed up, but if you don't like that kind of thing I don't think you'd like this story.
