Gross why is the doc making him bang all these ugly old dudes... and yes the dad and brother are plotting something at that party which will finally push the poor uke over the edge ╥﹏╥

The doc is making him bang old dudes because uke feels responsible for his mother's death and longs for his father's acceptance but at the same time, he resents his father for never loving or accepting him. Uke also thinks/knows that his father blames him for his mother's death; so as gross as it sounds the old dude acts as a substitute for his father, violent sex acts as a form of punishment from his father. Theoretically, this could lead to some degree of catharsis because through punishment he can repent for his "sins" and be freed from guilt. Or I'm just overthinking things lol. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

So this is the scene from the beginning right, which is supposed to be Chris' happiest memory? So he's happiest smacking poor Evan? this is kinda sad y'all ╥﹏╥

Maybe it will cathartic for him and will make him feel safe again, since his last BDSM partner abused his trust. Chris was also the sub in his last relationship and his boundaries weren't respected (a position he may not have wanted to be in), so having a new partner that hands him all the power gives Chris a chance to feel in control. Some of the happiest memories are bittersweet. Making it through his trauma to the point where it no longer controls him, I imagine can be a really happy memory-- especially looking back on it. The happiness doesn't come from smacking Evan with a riding crop. It comes from Evan giving him a safe space to be vulnerable.
The episode ended right at what looks like the start of working through what happened to Chris, so I'm guessing it's going to get a lot more intense as Chris tests how far Evan will go. This is the challenge phase. He's trying to prove that Evan is all lip service and won't really be able to handle Chris's kink. This is not healthy, but it's flavored by his trauma. Chris's last partner broke him, so he's going to break Evan, but I'm guessing that there will be a point of Chris realizing what he's doing and stop, possibly horrified with himself. The happiness will come when Evan doesn't shy away from him, but instead embraces him. Chris won't have to carry the burden of his trauma alone and that will start the healing process.
This is all guesswork on my part based on other stories I've read with similar themes, so I could be totally wrong, but I hope not.
What I liked - Param standing up for himself and smacking that purple haired bitchboy. c'mon you think any other uke has fought back like that against a rival? Nah I cant think of many rn
What I hated - Future chapters but we're powerless to stop what's gonna happen ╥﹏╥
