I think she was probably neglected, maybe abused, ran away from home. Slept around for money or maybe tricked into becoming a prostitute with drugs or something. And this guy was probably a meal ticket but at the same time she grew to resent him for maybe being a man. that would explain why she requested him to wear the lingerie and play with his ass. Then maybe when she saw that he actually liked her, she felt bad and wanted to disappear. Then perhaps after some time came back to the guy who didn’t try to exploit her. But that’s my interpretation

- After a while they started dating and black hair gave a page to brown hair of something he had written, which brown hair recognized as the text he plagiarized to win the contest.
- Black hair’s dad was in the hospital back then and he entered the contest to win the money and pay the hospital bills and brown hair because he wanted to keep a good reputation as a book editor’s son.
- He pondered wether to tell black hair or not (that he cheated on the contests) and kept postponing it, until one day he heard black hair’s dad passed away.
- Brown hair then blatantly avoided black hair because of the guilt and ofc they broke up.
- Now they reunited as coworkers in brown hair’s mom’s company
- They started fixing things and everything seemed to go well, black hair even wanted to write and publish some short stories (editor being brown hair) but his mom fell ill at the hospital.
- He wanted to drop the writing but brown hair kept it with an ongoing status against his will
- That’s were we are now, the black hair discovered that the project was ongoing against his will and he tells the brown hair that is just because he still feels guilty about cheating on the contests way back then.

I can’t pinpoint the exact moment but it was mentioned in the process of them reuniting. That’s why in this ch Haejin says something along the lines of “stop doing things against my will just because you feel guilty”
