So I don't think he cheated on Navier with anyone but Trashta. The reason why he's infertile is cause of something his mother did. He doesn't even know that he's sterile, he thinks Navier is though. Like they both ate something that was meant for one of his father's mistresses which was sent by his mother. It affected him but not her however his mother said it was meant to make women infertile so he thought that Navier was infertile and didn't think that it had affected him. This is from back when they were kids though. They got married after that, which makes me wonder if he had planned to get an heir from outside their marriage (cause he thought that she was infertile) in the first place.
