Ian is messy and seems fine dragging his men down. If he really wanted to he could disappear himself or really get away from Jo but he doesn’t really want to.
Jo is apparently off his rocker and becoming codependent. This isn’t romantic to see someone destroy themselves for someone they basically just met.
TJ is consistent fucked up sometimes but consistently so. He is steadfast in his ambitions and affections and I like that.
To me Jo needs to go, my preference for this story has and likely will remain TJ. Because Jo doesn’t understand what he getting himself into and apparently isn’t psycho-emotionally capable of seeing how destructive and unessesary this is to his otherwise crime and violence free life.
These men are hanging themselves and idk really get why anymore.
I honestly think the best ending will be that Ian ends up alone. He is not good for Jo or TJ.
you're so right. everybody sees jo as the 'better option' but... he's just weird to me. maybe its the author's fault for not exploring his character properly, or maybe she did it intentionally. but i literally see nothing special in him apart from the fact that he's smitted with ian. ian's got his own issues, but he feels real as a character. so does taejoon. he's definitely not the best guy out there, and might not be deserving of ian, but he is a character that stands on his own. he's not *just* one of the male leads. whereas jo is just there to be the second option (at least until now, things are definitely changing)

I do understand where he’s coming from in reference to why he broke up when they were teenagers. When you’re that young being faced with abandonment from your primary care provider you do what you must to please/placate them. It’s not safe for everyone to come out at the same time.
