I don’t rly get the hate on the MC, but the storytelling here is just godawful. Slow, boring, and mid. The two leads are supposed to be the main couple, but I just don’t see their chemistry… No payoff whatsoever, and this just wasted my time tbh
chapter 59 has me so emotional… im rly glad this manga leans into the medicinal side of the MC’s abilities, rather than just his god-like abilities. just goes to show much accessible healthcare to all matters. that’s probably my fav part of this manga tbh. anyway, hopefully palle gets healed soon!

The ending is super fulfilling; it's been such a while since I've felt so satisfied after reading a BL! I like how the author dives deep into the exact nature of their leads relationship and what it means to their families they are supposed to inherit the name of. I love the theme of persevering through it with their love, and it's just very wholesome I think. And there's the additional layer of tragedy with the tale of their grandparents not being able to continue their career as duo… Or even their budding love ever coming to light. The kabuki elements ofc are the highlights of this manga! The stories are well researched, and might I say just as captivating as the main couple's story. I loved seeing them grow personally and their acting as well! The art is just so gorgeous and— GAH I HAVE NO MORE WORDS I LOVE THIS U SHOULD READ IT
