The story about his past was horrifying and some of the images you can't get out of your head.
Hate that stupid girl, so selfish and thinks she loves him even though she never even tried understanding him. Just always 'Why do you box?'. Come on, girl, use your brain. That boy has nothing and there is one thing he can do - Box! Of course he is going to give his best and try his hardest.

By the way, how does Riku keep up his grades? I am surprised he is still in school, even though the only thing we saw him doing was boxing and silently sitting in his classroom.

I didnt like Rika.. she was pushy, annoying to watch, and when he rejected her she dissed him. She doesnt even know what hes been through and shes all "Even tif boxing is all he lives for, he should give it all up because I have a crush on him!' He killed someone, had to put up with abuse from his father, and is really unsure what the meaning of sex is. For fucks sake, he saw his mother give that drug dealer a blow job.. When he was a C h i l d!

I was disappointed with this manga. I didn't finish it because I got to confused while reading it. The fight scenes could be done so much better, I have no idea who is who and what is happening. The storyline lacks depth and therefore doesn't capture you. There are a few side stories which could be interesting but are not written well enough.
The translation was so bad O.O
