The MC purposely drank a lot of alcohol to get alcohol poisoning and leave the party, he didn't know his drinks were spiked. He just thought he was super drunk. Also, drugs are a BIG deal in Korea (like I'm talking even a lot of prescription drugs that are used to treat depression and ADHD in other countries are considered illegal substances there), so they would be risking a lot having drugs on the premises. Korea's drug policies are also one of the strictest in the world with it being illegal for citizens to consume/use drugs when they are abroad as well.
I had a whole response explaining what I meant but it sounded like victim blaming so
he assumed they werent because idk if u remember but that ugly fuckface ceo guy white knighted for him so mc would start drinking. mc probably assumed that the drinks were safe from there and didnt want to seem so tense so he started drinking too and felt accepted by the executive board. people lose inhibitions when under the influence so take his actions with a grain of salt. i get what u mean with the victim blaming thing. reading so many manhwa w the same trope im like “DUDE! DONT DRINK IT IF U HAVENT SEEN IT BEING MADE OR DIDNT MAKE IT URSELF!!”
The premise is very nonsensical.
I wish he stayed in acting and somehow happened to meet jeong eun on a set and noticed the string connects to him. Him getting back into acting on the premise of asking about the string was stupid. He got his answer so he should leave right?

I read ahead in the raws and it's as expected ham goes back to Seoul but we got a confession so that makes up for it
I hope while there he organizes his life in such a way that he can permanently stay in the country side
