idk but context clues guys... when the princess and the prince were walking together and away from the duke, the duke zoomed in on the prince’s hand around the princess’ waist. it’s up to us to interpret that but that part looks extremely sus for me.

There's no incest here if you read the novel, the prince is not inlove with his sister but he is obsessive. Only his sister was there when he's having a hard time during his childhood but that doesn't mean he's inlove with her romantically

Mm! this is why I support moving out of the parents' house after marriage - there is a limit to how much your parents get a say in your relationship at that point.
I can only feel bad for those from higher families who force marriages for themselves and their children, seeking profit over their own long-term future happiness.. then again, arrange marriages do have fewer divorce rates.

The issue is that even if you did pay for it, you'd still get the same result. It would probably be worse since you actually had to spend money on something that skips like that. I'd also say that multi story yaoi manga in general is obnoxious because you end up thinking there will be more story than there actually is. I feel like, if you're gonna make a multi story manga then separate it into separate editions because I've almost never ever gotten attached or wanted to read the next chapters when they don't pertain to the first plot/story. This is one of the many issues I have with yaoi. I won't say any of the others since they don't pertain to this comment, however.

for me she does have some chemistry with rebecca given how much rebecca treasures her and views her as the light in her world. but when it comes to sasha with naska or arth, i feel nothing too...both of them seems forced

But that's friendship. Sasha and Rebbeca aren't compatible. Sasha at the end of the day sasha sees Rebecca as a friend. Rebbeca wants Sasha to be happy all the time and it brings pain to her that Sasha is not happy. The last thing Sasha wants is to bring pain to Rebbeca. They do have the most chemistry but sadly they love each other so much,that love will bring them pain.

tbh the author gave us only the context clues and never really confirmed whether what rebecca really felt for sasha is just friendship or she saw her romantically. at this point, it’s a matter of being subjective and for me rebecca and sasha could’ve been happy together in the end if not for arth making the first move.

honestly, their relationship with each other is much better to see rather than the forced “chemistry” between arth and sasha. may i ask what you mean by “their love will bring them pain”? as i see rn, sasha and rebecca are compatible and their compatibility is the loveliest out of all, because it’s literally just them wanting each other to be happy.

Rebecca was never gonna end up with Sasha. there is no way Rebecca deserves to end up with Sasha. look I love Rebecca's character too but the main problem with their relationship is that Rebecca originally made Sasha feel like she was treated as a "Pet" to her just like all the other ladies. the literal title of the book/webtoon is Villainess's PET. no matter if Sasha is okay with it (which she isn't no matter how much she denies it) Rebecca never gave her the assurance that she doesn't think of Sasha as a pet. it doesn't matter that Rebecca never hurt Sasha physically because of that. if she never helped Sasha to feel that she wasn't a pet to her, it's the same as anyone else who actually treated her as a pet. Arth was the first person to see and love Sasha as another human being not a pet he could do as he wished.

...i think you’re forgetting the part that rebecca was literally the one who removed sasha from that kind of environment wherein she had to endure being treated “badly” as a pet by the other ladies just to survive in high society. as soon as she saw how sasha was being mistreated and acting like a doormat for other ladies, she exercised her influence and immediately took sasha under her wing with no hesitation. and eventually, sasha did stop getting mistreated by those ladies because of rebecca’s protection.

so yeah, in that case rebecca was the one who rescued sasha from that kind of harmful environment, not because she wanted a pet but because she saw sasha as a human who was getting hurt by others. in that case, it’s not arth who was the “first person to see and love and sasha as another human being not a pet he could do as he wished”.

you say you love rebecca’s character but your words are quite contrary. you’re making it seem like the relationship between rebecca and sasha is all just between a master and a pet. as if ALL sasha ever felt from rebecca’s kindness and care for her is that of the duties of a “master” because she was only acting as rebecca’s “pet”.

you say you want rebecca to give her assurance but has there been any instance wherein rebecca looked at sasha as a mere pet? when she took sasha in, i’d assume that in her mind, she was only protecting a person that’s about to be special to her and not because she wants to treat her as a pet.

since i’m not quite sure bc i’m starting to forget the story, has there been any instance AT ALL wherein the word “pet” was dropped in front of rebecca? does rebecca even know that sasha sees herself only as rebecca’s pet? let’s assume you’re right for a sec and sasha isn’t ok with how she sees herself as rebecca’s pet only, then if that’s the case, whose fault it is really? rebecca for not knowing that sasha only sees herself as rebecca’s pet? or sasha for assuming that rebecca only sees her as a pet?

When Rebbeca 'saved' Sasha from the noble ladies. She pitied Sasha, she felt sorry for her. This was very different from Sasha's point of view. In a way, she helped these ladies releasing their emotions to her, with a confirmation that she wouldn't tarnish her image, in exchange for sweets and luxuries. Sasha sees herself as privileged as if she didn't go on this path she would have been married to an old man. Sasha and Rebbeca's points of view are really different. This could be because of their social standings and their positions in life. Rebecca is the crown princess, future queen, and the daughter of the duke. While Sasha is the daughter of a mediocre noble, who nobody really knows. Sasha can't tell Rebbeca that she pities her also. Because her whole life is dependent on her. Rebbeca is a wonderful person, but a relationship with Sasha will never happen because Sasha is below her and Sasha knows it. Sasha can't let herself step outside the line, because she doesn't know how Rebbeca will act. Because she likes her lifestyle and she doesn't want to change anything.

At the end of the day. Sasha's identity is Rebbeca's friend. She is fully dependent on Rebbeca. She has built this lovely persona of herself for her. She kinda feels guilty for Rebbeca because she has done many great things for her. Rebbeca really doesn't know that Sasha sees herself as lower than her, and it's no one's fault. Sasha has self-esteem issues. Which sadly Rebbeca can't help because she is a part of the problem. When Arth complements her intelligence she automatically thinks to herself. " me wiser than Arth. Me who lives of the laps of noble ladies". Arth sees her caring nature as a wonderful trait, not her personality. He knows that Sasha has many faults and hides her intelligence. It might seem natural to you but they do have chemistry. It's just that Sasha isn't putting on her cute persona. Sasha can't see herself on equal grounds with Rebbeca but she is defiantly is with Arth. Arth and Sasha do understand each other on a much deeper level because Sasha can open up to him, and he can open up to her.

so what i’m getting from this is that sasha can open up to arth because she sees her to be of equal standing to him, but when it comes to rebecca, she can’t? because she sees rebecca to be someone that has a higher social status than her?

but so far, you’re also forgetting the issue of sasha not really opening up to ANYONE when it comes to her problems. not even to arth. remember when rebecca and arth had that whole conversation abt sasha comforting others but they realized she hasn’t really opened up to anyone at all when it comes to her problems? that’s why she compulsively bites her nails until they bleed. because she always thinks to herself and never confides in anyone about her plans/worries. this is not even a matter of social status. it’s only her overthinking tendencies.

i really don’t know where you’re getting your information but if your whole point is to contest me and convince me about sasha and rebecca not being compatible with each other, but arth and sasha does then it’s not working. i’ve said it before that the context clues are entirely subjective and for me, sasha and arth doesn’t have chemistry with each other. it’s not even a dig at arth, but their relationship just seems forced for me because there’s no chemistry at all. in more simple terms, they just don’t suit each other based on my taste.
