if this is all just written for the sake of dohyeok hitting rock bottom as "punishment". it'll be the biggest waste of the incredibly interesting chemistry between siwoo and dohyeok if that's how it ends...but hearing news about how this is ending soon, i have a feeling we won't be getting a satisfactory ending and that the author doesn't rly know what they're doing :/

so many bottoms in manhwa are either just perfect naive little angels OR they "seem" strong at the beginning but then cave immediately/get pushed around by the top, so it's SUPER satisfying to see characters like dohyeok and how there is ACTUAL friction between the two MLs, both of whom have super strong, stubborn personalities. if you want some normcore love story b/w two morally righteous ppl there are so many options out there; leave this one alone for us!! <3
dohyeok initially called for siwoo bc he was rattled after that encounter w/ the green grey hair dude. the issue is that though he clearly has feelings for siwoo and views him as a source of comfort and safety, he doesn't recognize his own feelings bc he's not self-aware and also has never been in love. so the way he expresses his feelings is through wanting to dominate and keep siwoo close (hence the threats).
dohyeok is also SO used to a world of dog eats dog/strong vs weak that he constantly just needs to assert control and dominance (esp after his incredible loss of control after being r/ped); so him running his mouth and saying all that shit is both his personality AND also probably some product of his ptsd (desire to assert control). anyways i personally think all of this makes dh interesting and fun to read about!!

yea exactly he's doing a lot of these things unconsciously (i wonder when he'll finally come to terms with his own feelings). siwoo on the other hand is the opposite where he's aware (of ig his concern/care, idt it's love) but fully resisting it and pulling away on purpose.
do we think dohyeok is going to eventually find out that siwoon saw the tape/what happened to him? i could see dh finding out and thinking that sw started avoiding him out of disgust...like imo dh would probably feel SO humiliated (it would be super devastating for someone as prideful as dh)

I feel like Siwoo will hurt him a lot emotionally before he accepts Dohyeok. Like for example, Siwoo rejects Dohyeok and ignoring him, going out with someone else and Dohyeok sees it and is hurt.

anyone reminded of pride and prejudice? dohyeok's arrogance and pride stopping him from expressing his actual (growing) affection and reliance on siwoon (imo his feelings are really obvious now) and instead everything he actually says is a threat and nasty LOL (bc he thinks threatening siwoon is the only way to keep siwoon) meanwhile siwoon is aware of dohyeok's trauma and maybe his own concern for dohyeok but keeps telling himself dohyeok is a horrible person who deserved what he got so he purposefully is cold towards dohyeok. so instead of understanding that dohyeok acts out also due to his ptsd siwoon sees all of dohyeok's lashing out as confirming his bad character. SOOO excited to see how this plays out i'm obsessed w/ the dynamics
